Description
Liz Eaton chats with NLP Sports Master Practitioner Debbie Hill, about how we may recover well physically after an injury, fall or, bad experience with a horse but, consciously or subconsciously, it may affect our nerves, our horses, and our performance.
Liz and Debbie will explore why an injury or fall can affect our confidence and, what happens when confidence is lost and anxiety takes over.
Why do riders experience things differently and, what can we do to regain our confidence?
This webinar is relevant to everyone who rides or coaches – at whatever level. Most riders have experienced a loss of confidence or self-doubt, at some point during their riding life.
